What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in times vary by accommodation type:

Rooms: from 15:00
Apartments and Mobile Homes: from 17:00
Campsite: from 14:00

Check-out for all accommodation types is by 10:00.

If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact our reception in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?

What happens if I want to cancel my room reservation?

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the type of booking and season. Please refer to the terms provided at the time of booking, or contact us directly for assistance.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation. If you book by phone or email, our team will send you the confirmation manually. If you haven’t received one, please check your spam folder or contact us to confirm.
